  • The item is not a sale or clearance item, as these are final sale.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable patterns or digital products
  • Used or opened Crochet Kits (once the kit has been used or opened, it cannot be returned)

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at support@thewoolbes.com or call +1 (508) 968-4902 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is in new and resellable condition.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. If the new item costs more than the original, we will charge you the difference, plus any applicable shipping fees.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@thewoolbes.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs for defective products.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds: Once your return is processed, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: We aim to process exchanges within 1-2 business days upon receiving the returned item.
